Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent in Buffalo, NY role you will:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any potential issues.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges to maintain project timelines.
