Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent Rochester, NY role you will:

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or requests.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
