Superintendent

In this Syracuse, NY Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams for timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or overages promptly.
• Inspect work progress and ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
