Superintendent

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflows.
• Oversee quality control measures to meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any issues encountered.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to resolve challenges promptly.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues to maintain project momentum.
