Job Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
  • Foster a culture of safety, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction, commercial construction is a plus.
  • Must have good tenure, no more than 3 companies in the past 10 years.
  • Must be coming from a General Contractor that does ground up Multifamily projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
