Their collaborative culture, commitment to safety, and investment in employee development have made them a trusted partner for clients and a top employer within the construction industry.Job DescriptionManage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Conduct daily site inspections and proactively address field issues.Lead site meetings and communicate project updates with owners, architects, engineers, and the project team.Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records.Coordinate inspections, testing, punch lists, and project closeout activities.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
