Job Description

Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Conduct daily site inspections and proactively address field issues.
Lead site meetings and communicate project updates with owners, architects, engineers, and the project team.
Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records.
Coordinate inspections, testing, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
Proven experience leading commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, office, or mixed-use construction is preferred.
Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms is a plus.
