Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project milestones and status updates.
Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans.
Foster strong communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Oversee quality control measures to deliver projects that meet company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building and Construction Superintendentshould have:
