Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address project requirements.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and solutions.
  • Oversee equipment and material deliveries to ensure efficient usage and minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
