Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure project progress aligns with timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets established specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
• Implement cost-control measures to keep the project within budget.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts promptly and professionally.
