Superintendent

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Manage site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project records and site activities.
