Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role in Buffalo, NY you will:

• Manage and oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment.
• Communicate progress and updates regularly to project managers and other key personnel.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout all phases of the construction project.
