Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role in Syracuse, NY you will:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Track project costs and manage budgets to avoid overruns.
• Ensure quality control measures are consistently applied throughout the project.
