Job Description

As a building and Construction Assistant project manager.

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory and company standards.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address any construction-related challenges or changes.
