Superintendent

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee quality control and address any issues or discrepancies during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to address construction challenges promptly.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and used efficiently on-site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
