The Superintendent will collaborate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and inspectors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.Direct and manage all day-to-day construction activities on assigned multifamily projects.Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure workflow efficiency.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and field issues.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
