Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and design teams.
  • Manage project schedules, site logistics, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
  • Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with one or more of the following markets:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for future project assignments.
