The company invests in its people through training programs, mentorship, cross-functional growth opportunities, profit sharing, and pathways toward increased ownership.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent's Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of project execution, including contract documents, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and team coordination.Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating, project planning, means and methods, and scheduling strategies.Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure efficient workflow and successful delivery.Implement and enforce safety, quality control, and environmental compliance programs while maintaining OSHA standards.Monitor construction progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards.Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.Manage project documentation, daily reports, schedules, procurement tracking, and field coordination.Utilize CPM and Lean scheduling practices to maintain timelines and develop recovery plans when needed.Lead coordination meetings, pre-planning efforts, and process improvements to enhance productivity and project outcomes.Oversee punch lists, closeout activities, and final project turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
