Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any issues.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Review and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding project status.
