Job Description

The Superintendent will report to Operations Leadership and work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and oversee all field operations on commercial office interior, SCIF, and renovation projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site staff, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and site logistics throughout construction
  • Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and key project stakeholders
  • Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and project records accurately and on time
  • Drive quality control processes, pre-punch inspections, and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 8+ years of experience as a lead Superintendent within commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering tenant improvement, commercial interiors, retail, and renovation projects
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $10M
  • Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project quality and safety standards
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and quality control processes
  • Ability to independently resolve complex project challenges and make sound decisions under pressure
  • College education preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered
