Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will:

  • Manage all daily jobsite operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections
  • Monitor project progress and address field challenges proactively
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Coordinate project logistics and material deliveries
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
  • Strong commercial construction experience
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site operations
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project scheduling and quality control
  • Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction



Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or public-sector projects is highly preferred.
