Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and address any construction issues proactively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management teams.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, delays, and field-related challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a construction leadership role at minimum.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple project phases simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office applications.
  • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
