With a collaborative, team-first culture, self-perform capabilities, and experienced local leadership, they provide an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking career growth, meaningful project experience, and a long-term home within a highly respected organization.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent's Responsibilities: Manage all field operations.Create and manage the cost-loaded project schedule.Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risk.Understand the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise.Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.Manages job site cleanliness.Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.Prepare daily logs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
