Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with local building codes.
  • Communicate project progress with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing retail construction projects (ground-up and/or renovations).
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to jobsite safety.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
