Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications.
  • Conduct daily site meetings and communicate progress with project management.
  • Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
