Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and construction crews.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Handle any on-site issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
