With a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, education, life sciences, multifamily, institutional, and commercial projects, the company is known for delivering exceptional results while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional growth.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of a Building and Construction Superintendent:Manage daily construction site operations from groundbreaking through project completion.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes.Collaborate with Project Managers to align field activities with project objectives.Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.Lead jobsite meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues proactively.Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage.Maintain accurate project reports, logs, and documentation.Ensure projects meet client expectations and contractual requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
