  • Lead field operations from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage project schedules, critical path activities, staffing, sequencing, and recovery plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, daily field operations, and quality control while fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Enforce site safety, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.
  • Conduct regular safety, coordination, and progress meetings while maintaining daily reports, project documentation, and procurement tracking.
  • Drive project planning, inspections, pre-punch, punch list, and closeout activities to ensure a seamless turnover.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7+ years of lead Site Superintendent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain it within 12 months of hire.
  • Experience with education projects
  • Experience with master scheduling
  • Proficient in MS Office Platforms and Procore
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules
  • Knowledge of all elements of commercial construction and understanding of skilled trades.
