Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout the project.
  • Maintain project schedules and adjust plans as needed to address challenges.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Inspect work to confirm compliance with design plans and specifications.
  • Manage on-site resources effectively to minimize delays and costs.
