Encourages employee engagement through our profit sharing plan, opportunity for enhanced ownership, and career advancement.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLead all field operations from project start through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract documents, project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and overall execution strategy.Partner with Preconstruction teams on estimates, means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, and project planning.Manage project teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to drive successful execution, accountability, and timely completion.Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance programs, including OSHA standards, project-specific safety plans, and environmental requirements.Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Develop and manage project schedules using Critical Path Method and Lean Scheduling principles, proactively identifying risks and implementing recovery plans.Monitor procurement, material lead times, project documentation, and field coordination to keep projects on track.Conduct daily reporting, weekly safety meetings, and trade partner coordination meetings to maintain productivity and project alignment.Drive quality assurance through inspections, punch-list management, and adherence to contract specifications and industry standards.Implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, productivity, and overall project delivery.Oversee project closeout activities, including final punch lists, turnover, and completion requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
