With expert staff and experienced key management team bring over 50 years of experience - working together successfully on numerous projects ranging in size from $1 Million to $200 Million Dollars.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDirect day-to-day construction activities on heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects.Manage craft labor, foremen, operators, subcontractors, and vendors.Coordinate project sequencing, logistics, and work plans.Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.Plan manpower, equipment, and material needs.Lead daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.Coordinate inspections and interactions with owners, agencies, and utility companies.Track production quantities and project progress.Identify and resolve field conflicts and constructability issues.Maintain project schedules and support cost control efforts.Oversee excavation, utility installation, trenchless operations, shaft construction, traffic maintenance, and restoration activities.Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to project management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
