The company has built a collaborative, team-oriented environment where experienced construction professionals are trusted to take ownership of their projects, work closely with clients and trade partners, and continue developing their careers.Job DescriptionLead and oversee all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.Manage subcontractors, vendors, site logistics, inspections, and project coordination.Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying and resolving potential delays.Enforce company and project-specific safety standards and OSHA requirements.Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Monitor quality of work and ensure construction is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.Lead regular subcontractor and OAC meetings.Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Maintain accurate daily reports and project records.Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.Mentor and develop less-experienced field staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
