The company has built a long-standing business through repeat clients, quality workmanship, and a collaborative approach to construction, while providing its field teams with the resources and autonomy needed to successfully deliver projects.Job DescriptionManage daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.Lead weekly subcontractor and project coordination meetings.Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes.Promote a strong safety culture and maintain OSHA compliance.Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to the project management team.Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
