Job Description

  • Commercial construction experience is required.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
  • OSHA 30 and relevant construction certifications are preferred.
