MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.Proven experience with healthcare, corporate, retail, hospitality, institutional, or similar commercial projects preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project sequencing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.Open to local travel locationsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110000 to $120000, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits offered to support your well-being.Permanent position with growth opportunities in the property industry.Interested?
