We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and deliver construction projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on construction professional who can take ownership from project mobilization through completion while building strong relationships across the project team.

Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion and closeout.
  • Champion a strong Safety First culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules in coordination with project management and trade partners.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, inspections, deliveries, and daily construction activities.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and other construction documents.
  • Identify conflicts, risks, and potential delays and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Serve as the primary field leader and establish strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, schedule performance, and overall jobsite progress.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, observations, and field records.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and daily activities.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to address changes, schedule impacts, project issues, and closeout requirements.
  • Lead punch list, turnover, and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an experienced Superintendent with a proven track record of successfully leading construction projects from start to finish. You are a confident field leader who understands construction documents, scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination, while also possessing the communication skills necessary to build trust and accountability with owners, trade partners, and internal teams.

You should be organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with Procore and a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety are highly valued.
