With a healthy backlog of work and a collaborative project team, this is an opportunity to join an organization where experienced Superintendents are trusted to lead rather than simply manage day-to-day tasks.Job DescriptionLead and manage daily onsite construction activities.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project logistics.Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.Review plans, specifications, and project documents for constructability and accuracy.Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with the project management team.Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite safety.Identify potential issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.Manage site documentation, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and other project records.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
