Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely manner to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience delivering retail construction projects.
  • Experience with QSR / fast-food restaurant construction strongly preferred.
  • Ground-up and/or renovation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination and scheduling.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • A hands-on, accountable approach to project leadership.
