Job Description

  • Manage daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to plan.
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with project requirements.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination and project meetings.
  • Identify potential schedule, quality, and safety issues before they become problems.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure a strong culture of safety and accountability across the jobsite.

The Successful Applicant

  • A proven background across multifamily and commercial construction.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on active jobsites.
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining schedule and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety requirements.
  • Procore or similar construction management software experience is preferred.
