The company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a collaborative, professional working environment, and its continued growth has created the need to add experienced field leadership to the team.Job DescriptionManage daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to plan.Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress.Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with project requirements.Lead subcontractor coordination and project meetings.Identify potential schedule, quality, and safety issues before they become problems.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project budgets and timelines.Ensure a strong culture of safety and accountability across the jobsite.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
