Known for their collaborative culture, client-focused approach, and consistent project pipeline, they provide employees with long-term career growth opportunities and the chance to work on some of the region's most impactful residential developments.Job DescriptionPrepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates.Review construction drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents.Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for multifamily projects.Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.Develop comprehensive project budgets and cost analyses.Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.Coordinate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction planning.Participate in scope reviews, bid leveling, and subcontractor negotiations.Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.Track current market pricing trends, labor rates, and material costs.Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and presentation materials.Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to senior leadership.Support project handoff meetings to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
