Job Description

  • Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure timelines and project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
