Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction-related concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety.

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Strong experience in construction project management and on-site supervision.
