They have built a reputation around quality construction, long-term client relationships, and developing their people, while maintaining the resources and project pipeline of a much larger organization.

Job Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays
  • Conduct regular quality-control and safety inspections
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
  • Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project budget and schedule
  • Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, and trade partners
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial and multifamily construction experience
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multiple trades and construction activities simultaneously
  • Procore or similar construction technology experience is preferred
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
