With a collaborative, no-ego environment, strong resources, and leadership that actively invests in its people, this is an opportunity to run meaningful work, have a real voice, and build a long-term career with a highly respected organization.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent's Key Responsibilities:Own day-to-day field execution, driving projects safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standardsLead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics to keep work movingBuild and manage 4-week look-aheads, proactively coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and sequencingDrive QA/QC and jobsite safety, ensuring work meets plans, specs, approved submittals, and OSHA requirementsLead foreman, subcontractor, owner, architect, and pre-installation meetings to maintain alignment and accountabilityCoordinate inspections, testing, regulatory requirements, and Certificate of Occupancy through final turnoverPartner directly with the PM on RFIs, submittals, change management, schedule updates, pay apps, and overall project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
