Job Description

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and coordinate construction activities
  • Conduct site meetings and ensure proper communication across the project team
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience preferred
  • Ground-up multifamily residential or commercial experience required
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
  • OSHA/Safety training preferred
