Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will:

  • Oversee all day-to-day construction site operations
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
  • Maintain and update project schedules
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections
  • Coordinate site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries
  • Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination efforts
  • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to meet project goals
  • Oversee punch-list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Strong commercial, industrial, institutional, or multi-family construction experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain schedules and drive project performance



Preferred Qualifications

  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Experience with projects valued at $5M+
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience
  • Experience with scheduling software and construction management technology
