MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of Superintendent experienceStrong commercial, industrial, institutional, or multi-family construction experienceProven ability to manage projects from start to finishExperience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractorsStrong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsThorough knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safetyExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to maintain schedules and drive project performancePreferred QualificationsGround-up construction experienceExperience with projects valued at $5M+OSHA 30 CertificationConstruction Management degree or equivalent field experienceExperience with scheduling software and construction management technologyWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year.Comprehensive benefits package.Interested?
