  • Take full ownership of field operations from mobilization through turnover, driving safety, schedule, quality, and execution across the entire build
  • Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews across concrete, carpentry, flatwork, excavation, masonry, and millwork scopes
  • Own the project schedule in the field, developing short-interval look-aheads, sequencing trades, and managing site logistics to keep production moving
  • Set the standard for jobsite safety and quality, conducting inspections, enforcing protocols, and building a zero-incident culture
  • Serve as the face of the project on-site, coordinating directly with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and project leadership
  • Build and develop high-performing field teams, mentoring emerging leaders and driving accountability across the jobsite
  • Maintain tight control of daily reporting, RFIs, change orders, inspections, and QC documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead Superintendent capacity
  • Proven track record successfully leading complex education, municipal, commercial, and/or institutional construction projects
  • Exceptional documentation and project controls discipline, with strong attention to detail across daily reports, RFIs, inspections, and field records
  • Strong field leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive teams and make confident decisions on-site
  • Proficient in construction scheduling and project management platforms, with Procore experience considered a strong plus
