Job Description

  • Oversee all daily jobsite operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
  • Hands-on problem solver with a quality-focused mindset.
