Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion and turnover.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to coordinate construction activities and identify potential issues.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor sequencing.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor quality control and ensure construction is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule constraints before they impact project delivery.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and records of field activities.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and final turnover.
