Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials delivery and equipment to meet project demands.
